That restaurant is still trading as a flagship store, joined by more than 20 restaurant and franchise stores. \u201cPRIMI is a space where everyone is welcome,\u201d explains Sean Holmes, Director of PRIMI World. \u201cWe\u2019re inspired by Italian tradition but influenced by the cosmopolitan present,\u201d he says. The restaurant offers something for everyone, with traditional, gourmet and comfort food options. \u201cAnd all our menu items are freshly prepared from scratch, using only the finest sourced ingredients,\u201d he adds.<\/span><\/p>\n

What makes PRIMI different to other restaurants is their focus on people \u2013 both their customers and their staff. \u201cIn order to deliver a unique restaurant experience and superior offering, it takes the collective effort from a large team,\u201d says Sean. \u201cEveryone is fully committed to the task at hand and the final measure is the experience received at table level.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The PRIMI team have learnt that restauranteering is a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year task. Supporting them in their task is their website \u2013 as constantly available as they are.<\/span><\/p>\n
