Customer research also provides valuable insights into customer needs, preferences, and pain points, helping companies improve the user experience and the support it offers. Focusing your efforts on <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/za\/en\/services\/consulting-deloitte\/customer-service-excellence-survey-2022.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">what customers actually care about<\/a> is key to driving innovation and growth.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer research can take place in different ways: from completing surveys and submitting feedback via email or social media, to focus groups or being observed while you interact with new products or tools in a beta release. This can also take the form of user testing.&nbsp;At xneelo, customer research is critical as it gives us the opportunity to observe <em>how<\/em> you interact with our products \u2013 and learn first-hand what does and doesn\u2019t work for you.
