How to delete a Self-Managed File Storage instance
Self-Managed customers have the ability to delete an active File Storage instance associated with a Self-Managed Server via the File Storage tool in the xneelo Control Panel. To delete File Storage on your Self-Managed Server, follow these steps:
Steps
-
1Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
-
2Under Products in the side menu, select Self-Managed Servers.
-
3Select the server name.
-
4Under Server Tools, select File Storage.

-
6Click Delete to proceed.
What happens next
By accepting this, all customer data stored on the File Storage instance, associated with the Self-Managed Server will be removed permanently.
When a Self-Managed Server is cancelled (after the cancellation period), any active associated File Storage instance (user and data) will be deleted with immediate effect.
It’s your responsibility to transfer data to another File Storage instance beforehand.
Only one File Storage instance is allowed per Self-Managed Server.
