  • Subdomain as a web hosting package

      Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

      Navigate to the Products page.

      Under the Web Hosting tab, click + Add. You’ll be directed to Our Offerings (New customers will be directed to the Our Offerings page directly).

      Click on View in the Web Hosting card to view the package options. There are four options: Basic, Standard, Advanced and Master.

      Select the package that meets your needs.

    Note: It is easy to upgrade or downgrade at a later stage.

      Select your hosting location and click Continue.

      Select Create a subdomain.

      Fill in the subdomain name you prefer (leave out www) and click Search.

      If the subdomain is available it will be visible under Add your package and register.

    Note: The subdomain will not be created and you may request a call-back of assistance if:

    • The primary domain is not registered with xneelo
    • The primary domain is registered on a different xneelo account
    • The primary domain is not registered at all

      Click Continue.

    Ensure that you have access to the email address listed as the Registrant for your domain. An email “ticket” requesting permission to transfer the domain will need to be accepted from this email address.
