How to add Cloudbric WAF

Cloudbric WAF is a security service that provides protection against website attacks and vulnerabilities. There is no need for hardware, installations or coding – your xneelo hosted website is protected with a simple one-time activation. 

Steps

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
  • 2
    Select a Product (e.g. Web Hosting) from the side menu.
  • 3
    Select the domain name.
  • 4
    Under Performance and Security, select Add next to Cloudbric WAF.
  • 5
    Click on + Add Cloudbric WAF.

What happens next

A success message will appear and the status of Cloudbric WAF should be pending. Activation can take up to 48 hours. You will be contacted via email regarding your activation. Once activated Cloudbric WAF will show as Active and you will have access to the Dashboard.

Assist Note

If your website’s DNS is hosted by xneelo, then Cloudbric WAF will successfully be protecting your site once you receive our confirmation email. The following day your website attack statistics will be viewable on your Cloudbric WAF dashboard (see below).

If your DNS is not hosted by xneelo, our confirmation email will inform you of the DNS updates that will be needed at your current DNS host to secure your website.
