How to block a domain’s website and email
The block/unblock feature enables you to easily and conveniently suspend domains under your account by blocking access to that domain’s website or website and email, temporarily.
This function is typically used should a reseller have a dispute with their end customer e.g. non-payment.
Please exercise caution when using this feature and consider the specific context.

Steps to block a domain’s website or website and email

Browse to the xneelo Control Panel and log in.

Select a Product (e.g Web Hosting) from the side menu.

Search for and click on the domain name.

Scroll down and under Advanced, click Block.

From the drop-down, select Block website or Block website & email.

Confirm your preferred option.

A banner at the top of the Web Hosting page will confirm that you have successfully blocked the website or website and email.

The Status under Website details will update to Locked by you.

Steps to unblock a domain’s website or website and email

Browse to the xneelo Control Panel and log in.

Select a Product (e.g Web Hosting) from the side menu.

Search for and click on the domain name.

Scroll down and under Advanced, click Unblock.

Click Confirm.

The banner at the top of the Web Hosting page will disappear and the Status under Website details will update to Active.
You will notice certain Hosting tools, Optional Extras and Mail tools will not be available while in a blocked status.
