How to view and download your x-Account invoice

You can view and download your x-Account invoice via the xneelo Control Panel.

3Under BILLING in the side menu, select Invoices.

4The overview provides detailed billing information:
- View all of your invoices within a set range of dates by clicking in the date fields, and then choosing Done.
- See the details of a particular invoice by clicking on the invoice number.
- You can download your invoice by selecting the download icon to the right of the invoice and selecting Download.
Your payment will be automatically collected on the first day of every month. If the initial payment is unsuccessful, an automated retry is scheduled for the 4th, followed by another attempt on the 7th if necessary.
We currently offer our cloud product to the South African market and therefore standard South African VAT is applied to all invoices.
