Update your x-Account information via the xneelo Control Panel
The information in this article is related to the payment method for xneelo Cloud. This payment method is exclusively available to accounts with an x-number.
Maintain correct x-Account information to ensure the timely receipt of invoices and other important notifications.
Important:The email address listed under Personal Details in My profile is used to log into the xneelo Control Panel, and will receive x-Account invoices from xneelo.
Click on Switch account in the side menu and select your x-Account.
In the side menu, select Account Details under BILLING.
The details that display on your x-Account invoices will be visible. To change these details select Edit.
Once the necessary changes have been made, select Update details.
Note:
These will be the details listed on your invoices.
If you’d like to change your name, surname, email address (used to log into the xneelo Control Panel and and will receive x-Account invoices from xneelo) or contact number you may do so via My profile.
Click on Switch account in the side menu and select your x-Account.
Under BILLING in the side menu, select Payment Details.
Select Add card or Change card.
Follow the prompts to complete your new card information.
Please note that changes to your x-Account information will not update the details on your other xneelo account. To update this information, please follow the steps in our Help Centre article.
