We answer the most frequently asked questions about billing for xneelo Cloud.
-
What payment method is accepted on the x-Account?
The x-Account currently offers convenient recurring card payments as the only option – simply use your credit or debit card. We accept both Visa and Mastercard. Your payment will be automatically collected on the first day of every month. You can change your card information securely and directly through your control panel at any time.
-
Can I pay for all the services I have with xneelo with a recurring card payment?
No, at this time only products that are in the x-Account (currently only the xneelo Cloud offering) can accept automatic card payments.
-
When and where will I receive my invoice?
You will receive an email with a link to view your invoice via your control panel on the first day of every month.
The email address specified under My profile will receive this notice.
-
Can I pay for my x-Account and c-Account invoices at the same time?
No, the c-Account has a separate payment process and payment cannot be combined. If you have services on your c-Account, you will receive a separate invoice, and the payment method on that account should be used to pay for that invoice.
-
When will my account be charged?
Your payment will be automatically collected on the first day of every month.
-
Can I change the date my account will be charged?
No. All payments are collected on the first day of each month by PayU and we don’t facilitate variable payment dates.
-
What happens if the first of a month falls on a weekend or public holiday?
When a payment attempt is made to your card on a weekend or public holiday, the transaction is authorised immediately. This means that the available balance in your bank will be reduced right away.
While the authorisation is immediate, the actual settlement (the process where funds are transferred from your bank to xneelo’s bank) will not occur immediately on a weekend or public holiday. Banks typically do not process settlements on weekends or public holidays. Therefore, the actual transfer of funds to xneelo’s account will be delayed until the next business day.
