How to Block a domain
konsoleH’s block/unblock feature enables you to easily and conveniently temporarily suspend domains under your account by blocking access to that domain’s website or email.
This function is typically used should a reseller have a dispute with their end customer e.g. non-payment.
Caution: Use this feature with careful consideration to the underlying circumstances.
Steps to take when blocking/unblocking a domain
- Browse to konsoleH and log in at Admin level
- Select or search for the domain name in the Hosting Services tab
- Under the left menu pane choose Manage Services > Package Admin > Block/Unblock
- Choose Block or Unblock as appropriate
A message will appear stating that access to the domain has been blocked or unblocked successfully.
