How do I facilitate domain renewals with an external Registrar?

If your domain is registered with an external registrar it is important for you to ensure that your domain renewals are paid timeously as we cannot be held liable for downtime due to domain deactivation.

Should your domain be deactivated as a result of the domain renewal not being processed in time, you may want to contact us to cancel your hosting services while you regain your domain name.

Should you prefer that we handle your domain renewals, then please contact us in order to transfer the requested domain to one of our associated registrars. We would need to be contacted at least a month before the renewal to process a Registry Transfer.
