How do I cancel Web Accelerator Cache?

Web Accelerator Cache can be cancelled via your control panel at any time.

Steps

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
  • 2
    Select a Product (e.g. Web Hosting) from the side menu. 
  • 3
    Select the specific domain name. 
  • 4
    Under Performance and Security, Click the arrow next to Web Accelerator Cache.
  • 5
    Click Cancel service to deactivate the Web Accelerator Cache on the domain.

What happens next

You will receive an email confirmation once Web Accelerator Cache is cancelled.

Assist Note

Upon cancellation, your website’s DNS records (if managed by xneelo) will be updated to point back to your website’s hosting server.
