Can I offer gambling or host an online casino on my website?

xneelo does not allow the hosting of online casino’s or gambling websites as it is illegal in both our South African and German hosting locations.

xneelo does not monitor the content of our customer’s websites, however if a complaint is lodged against a specific site, action will be taken in accordance with our Terms of Service i.e. notice will be given and services will be suspended and/or cancelled. Xneelo will co-operate with the relevant authorities if an investigation follows.
