What if I refuse to comply with a take-down notice?

Should a customer refuse to comply with our take-down notice, they should do so in writing to abuse@xneelo.com. The email will be reviewed by a senior manager. To avoid suspension of the website, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  • Obtain a court judgment instructing xneelo to refrain from suspending the website in question.
  • In some instances, a customer is able to indemnify xneelo (a template will be provided to the customer), once they have been able to convince us of their ability to cover all legal costs should the issue escalate to formal legal proceedings. This option is available solely at xneelo‘s discretion.
