Xneelo’s take-down notice period

The ECT Act stipulates that the service provider should act expeditiously. ISPA (Internet Service Providers Association) recommends a waiting period of 4 business days. Customers should comply with the take-down notice within 4 business days, failing which we will have little choice other than to suspend the website in question.
