Why am I receiving an SSL/TLS certificate error for konsoleH?

In the past, each SSL/TLS certificate on a web server required its own unique IP address. With the introduction of Server Name Indication (SNI) it is now possible for a server to connect multiple SSL/TLS certificates to one IP address.

We have found that Windows XP does not support SNI. As a result, customers browsing to konsoleH from a Windows XP operating system will receive an SSL/TLS certificate error indicating that the secure certificate is only valid for https://secure.konsoleh.co.za.

As Microsoft has announced the end of support for Windows XP in April 2014, we will phase out support of Windows XP for konsoleH.
