Placing an order for add-ons for a Self-Managed Server (also known as a Dedicated Server) shouldn’t be complicated or time-consuming – which is why we’ve made it quick, easy and convenient for you.
As a Self-Managed Server customer, you can now select additional hardware add-ons when you place an order from your xneelo Control Panel. Your available options will be accessible during the ordering process.
Being able to select what you need from your xneelo Control Panel eliminates the time-consuming admin involved in confirming add-on and server compatibility. All the available add-ons will be compatible with your server.
Simplifying the process of ordering your add-ons is just one more way we’re showing our commitment to improving your experience with us and enabling you to do more.
How it works:
When you place your order for a new server from your xneelo Control Panel, you will be presented with a list of available hardware add-ons to choose from including additional RAM and Storage. (More add-ons will be made available soon.)
Simply select the hardware add-ons you need. You can select more than one. Your choices will be added to your order summary and included in the final price. If you have not logged into the xneelo Control Panel before, you will need to sign up using your konsoleH email address.
