Customer number and Admin/Management password
Accessing konsoleH at Admin level provides full access to manage all services and payments associated with your hosting account.
konsoleH Login options
1. Customer number
Your Customer number is a unique identifier for your account, regardless of the number of hosting packages or domains within your account.
Customer numbers are listed on invoices and are often included at the top of emails sent from xneelo.
Customer numbers start with ‘C’ followed by a series of numbers (eg. C123456789), although some customers who signed-up before September 2002 have a Customer number beginning with ‘F’ (F123456789) or ‘2’ (21234567).
2. Email address
You may also use the email address of the Account Owner – this is the email that was provided when registering an xneelo account.
Admin/Management Password
This alphanumeric password was provided during the registration of your account. Strong passwords are essential as the first line of defense to protect your data and online accounts.
Should you ever have the need to change or receive a new Admin/Management password, refer to the following articles:

Domain level access
Users can manage individual domains by logging in at Domain level, with the domain name (without the www e.g. example.com) and FTP password. If you administer a number of domains, this allows lower-level access for relevant users without compromising access to your other domains.
