How to cancel your order within the 7-day grace period

For your peace of mind, we offer a 7-day grace period on new orders. Should you change your mind about your purchase within 7 days of placing your order with us, you will be given a full refund of the hosting fee.
We will also refund domain name registrations, with an R8 administration fee charged on all co.za domain registrations and a R25 administration fee on all other domain registrations.
How to cancel your hosting package and domain
Note that when cancelling within this 7-day period, both the domain and hosting account will be deleted immediately. Ensure that you have a copy of all web and mail content before proceeding.
- Browse to konsoleH and log in at Admin level
- Select or search for the domain name that you wish to cancel in the Hosting Services tab
- From the lefthand menu, select Manage Services > Package Admin > Manage Terminations
- Select Confirm
