How xneelo protects your card information
This payment method is exclusively available to accounts with an x-number.
Xneelo understands the importance of securing sensitive information. We’re committed to ensuring that your payment details remain secure and protected during online transactions. That’s why we employ PayU, a secure payment gateway, to facilitate transactions.
PCI-compliant for secure online payments
PayU strictly adheres to international Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance standards, which set the industry standards for maintaining a secure environment. Card details are secured by secure socket layer (SSL) encryption and reinforced through various encryption processes to protect all sensitive payment information.
Xneelo also adheres to PCI compliance SAQ-A regulations and is audited annually. For your protection, we never store your actual card number. Instead, we use a secure process called tokenisation to create a unique code that represents your card information.
Secure card handling by PayU
PayU does not store or access any unencrypted card details. All card details entered are SSL encrypted and stored in PayU’s secure PCI environment. Further details about PayU’s privacy policy and compliance certificate can be found here.
The xneelo Control Panel also offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for added peace of mind. 2FA adds an additional layer of security to the authentication process to bolster your account’s protection.
