How to find missing folders in Webmail

Webmail may not be displaying all the folders that you expect to see. This is usually because Webmail is not subscribed to all the available folders on the mail server.

You can subscribe to folders by following the steps below.

Steps

    Browse to the Webmail login page.
  • 2
    Login with your full email address (eg. me@my-domain.com) and email password (Note: passwords are case-sensitive).

    Select the three vertical dots next to your email address at the top of your email folders.
  • 4
    Select Manage folders from the menu.
  • 5
    A list of available folders will appear on the screen with toggles for each subscribed folder.
  • 6
    You can now subscribe to the relevant folder by using the toggle next to the folder.
