How do I activate Web Accelerator Cache

Web Accelerator Cache is designed to improve your website’s performance by caching content and reducing server load. Follow the steps below to add Web Accelerator Cache to your website.

Steps

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

    Select a Product (e.g. Web Hosting) from the side menu.
  • 3
    Select the specific domain name. 
  • 4
    Under Performance and Security, select Add next to Web Accelerator Cache. 
  • 5
    Select the checkbox to confirm that you will remove any existing caching plugins and will install a recommended Varnish Cache plugin.
  • 6
    Click Continue.
  • 7
    Click on + Add.

What happens next

If your domain’s DNS records are hosted by xneelo, your DNS records will be updated to point to the Web Accelerator IP. You will receive an email once Web Accelerator Cache is active.

Assist Note

Setup can take up to 2 hours due to DNS propagation.

Assist Tip

Please ensure that you keep the ACME challenge record present to ensure we can always renew the SSL certificate required for Web Accelerator Cache to serve your content.
