How to delete a domain from your Managed Server

To immediately delete a domain and associated hosting package from your Managed Server, please follow these steps:

  1. Browse to konsoleH and log in at Admin level
  2. Select your Managed Server (e.g. server name)
  3. Choose Server Management > Terminations > Terminate Domain
  4. Select the domain to delete
  5. Follow the prompts in order to complete the removal process

Please Note:

  • If the domain is registered through xneelo, the domain name will be deleted before the next renewal date and will become available for public registration.

  • The account is immediately removed from our servers, the 30 day cancellation period is only available via the Cancellation process.
