Create or edit hosting packages on a Managed Server via the xneelo Control Panel

The information in this article is related to the new xneelo Control Panel.
If you are still using konsoleH, refer to this article.

Our Managed Servers allow you to create or edit your own hosting packages with custom quotas for disk space, traffic, databases, email accounts, aliases and FTP user quotas.

Please note: If particular package quotas are updated, the changes will only apply to new hosting packages created after the update. Quotas on existing hosting packages will not be affected.

Steps

  • 1
Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
  • 2
Under PRODUCTS in the side menu, select Managed Servers.
  • 3
    Click on the server name.
  • 4
    Select Configure Packages.
  • 5
To add a new custom package, select Add package, add your preferred quotas and click Add package.
  • 6
To update an existing package, click on the 3 dots menu to the right of the package type and then select Edit. Adjust the package quotas and then select Save.
Assist Note

Your new hosting package needs a unique name on our system. Should you try to use a name that is already in use by another reseller – even if it is not listed as one of the default hosting packages, then you will receive an error message.

Assist Note

If you would like to change the quotas for an existing package, make the relevant quota changes and then change your hosting package to a different package. Once the change has been applied, change your hosting package back to the original package. The updated quotas will then be applied to your hosting package.
