Equipment storage at the data centre

With prior arrangement, equipment may be delivered to the data centre by a third party to be stored on site for a maximum duration of 7 days. Goods are to be delivered to the service entrance at the data centre where it will be received by a representative. The goods will be placed in a secure area for safekeeping. Storage will be done at the owner’s risk. All equipment must be clearly labeled with the name & contact details of the equipment owner.

You will need to make an appointment to collect your equipment for installation. Once you have completed the verification process, the Hardware team will check-out the equipment and deliver it to your rack for installation. All equipment must be moved around on a trolley. No equipment is to be carried by hand.
