- Browse to konsoleH and log in at Admin level
- Select your Managed Server
- On the left menu select Package Admin > Change Package Type
- Select the first option Up/ downgrade webhosting package
- Select the Domain name that should be upgraded and then click Continue
- Select the New Package from the drop-down list New Account Type
- Save the changes
- A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the upgrade has been completed successfully.
