As the Account Owner, you can assign roles for Account Administrator, Technical Administrator and Billing Administrator. But there is so much more to the feature than simply assigning roles.

Control access for Technical Administrators
Not everyone wants their Customer Account to be an open book. This is why you can now control the access level for the Technical Administrator role. You can restrict access to specific products or product categories, giving you greater control over your account.
It’s our way of providing more peace of mind and security to you, the Account Owner.
Select your Emergency Contacts
As a business owner, we understand that you are not always available to take calls from your Web Hosting provider.
With Emergency Contacts, you can choose who gets called when you’re out of reach. You can nominate up to two collaborators to be the direct line of communication for our Customer Support team when you are unavailable or prefer someone else to handle your Web Hosting services.
Emergency contacts can be set up by choosing from the list of collaborators on your account. Remember, these contacts have their own login credentials, leaving your unique details secured.

Access other accounts easily with Account Switcher
The xneelo Control Panel allows you to switch between accounts you have access to.
With the Account Switcher feature, you can navigate effortlessly between different accounts that you collaborate on. Say goodbye to the hassle of logging out and logging back in every time you switch accounts. Each collaborator has their own login details with the option of two-factor authentication for extra security.

Simply sign up or log in to the xneelo Control Panel to access exclusive features like Collaborators and Account Switcher. The xneelo Control Panel offers a safe and secure experience, thanks to two-factor authentication available to protect your details. Plus you can get support instantly through our Assist Portal – simply click on the “Get Help” icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
How to use your Control Panel
- Go to https://create.xneelo.com
- If you have not logged into the xneelo Control Panel before, you will need to sign up using your konsoleH email address.
- If you have previously logged into the xneelo Control Panel, simply log back in with the details you chose when you created your xneelo Control Panel profile.
