How to add an emergency contact to your account
Account owners have the ability to add up to two Collaborators as emergency contacts on their accounts. Our Customer Support team will contact the emergency contacts listed on the account in the event that the account owner is unavailable or prefers that a matter be escalated to an emergency contact.
1Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
2Under Tools in the side menu, select Collaborators.
3Select the Emergency contacts tab.
4Select Add emergency contacts.
5Choose your primary and secondary contact from the list of existing Collaborators.
Haven’t added a Collaborator yet? Add a Collaborator via your xneelo Control Panel.
You are able to remove or change an emergency contact at any time.
