From 1 Dec 2016 all emails relating to the management of non-ZA domains have a new look, reflecting the familiar konsoleH logo.
Previously these messages concerning domain transfers, renewals and registrant updates were sent directly from the registrar, OpenSRS. As customers don’t deal directly with OpenSRS, this may have caused confusion or doubt over the authenticity of the emails.
As domain updates and transfers are managed within the konsoleH control panel, we trust that the new konsoleH messaging will assist customers to identify the mails as legitimate, thereby more easily managing their domains.
Resellers
Most of these domain related emails are sent directly to the Registrant of the domain. Resellers who manage domains should please inform their end-customers accordingly.
