International recognition for our Customer Service team

Customer service isn’t just a phrase at xneelo, it’s the engine that keeps our business running. One of the cornerstones of xneelo’s culture is that everything we do is for the benefit of our customers, which is why we are extremely proud of our award-winning customer support team who go above and beyond to serve and delight our customers. 

This is also why it means so much to us to be named as a finalist for the international Stevie Awards in two categories: Contact Centre of the Year (< 100 seats), and Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year.

International business awards

The Stevie Awards are a premier global business award, created in 2002 to honour the positive contributions of organisations and working professionals worldwide. In 2018, WP Engine won the Customer Service award, and this year xneelo was nominated amongst international organisations like MailChimp, Dell Technologies, Barclays and Comcast. The list of finalists in all the categories is extensive, with the majority of companies based in the United States, and only a few from elsewhere in the world, such as Taiwan, Canada, Vietnam, Turkey – and South Africa.

Our Contact Centre is open 24 / 7 / 365 and handles a stream of phone calls and emails, answering 95% of calls within 10 seconds and resolving 77% of all email queries within two hours. Customer feedback is an essential factor in the success of our Contact Centre, and we ask our customers to rate and review our service on hellopeter.com, South Africa’s leading business and customer service review site. We’ve since been voted the Number 1 Internet Service Provider by hellopeter.com, with a score of 9.5/10. Being named finalists in the Stevie Awards serves as further inspiration for our team to keep raising the customer service bar.

Stiff competition

More than 2,700 nominations from organisations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 45 nations, were evaluated in this year’s Stevie Awards. Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide, working in seven specialised judging committees. Entries were considered in 93 categories for customer service and contact centre achievements, including Contact Centre of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year. The 2019 winners will be announced on February 22nd 2019 at a gala banquet in Las Vegas.
