We’d like to update you on an improvement to our existing Recovery tools in konsoleH – namely the Remote Management Interface (RMI) Tunnel. As a Self-Managed Server customer, you can now set up a secure connection to your server’s RMI by enabling a temporary VPN bundle on a private IP address range.
This tunnel creates a secure connection for you to access your RMI on the private space. Once connected via the VPN, you can continue to interact with the RMI as before (read more for help on the RMI).
For existing customers wanting to make use of this improved feature, you can do so by logging into your control panel, once you have sent an email to our support team to coordinate the maintenance update.
