How to obtain a copy of your contract with xneelo

When you place an online order with xneelo, you tick a box confirming that you accept xneelo’s Terms and Conditions.  These are our Terms of Service, which can be found here:  Terms of Service.

Whilst not required in law, the act of ticking the box is your electronic signature. This form of contract is made available to our clients in terms of our common law “ticket cases” and section 13 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002.
