What should I do if I have made a part payment and have selected the Payment Made Tool?

The Payment Made Tool can only be used once per invoice as you have to confirm that you have made a full transfer for the amount outstanding.

If your payment has been allocated to older outstanding invoices, you will be informed via an automated payment receipt that is sent to you as soon as the payment reflected on our bank statement and was allocated.

If your account is still outstanding, please transfer the full amount due as soon as possible.
