How to add a Tracking Code to your SiteBuilder website

A tracking code is a snippet of code that gathers and sends data to an online statistics tool from a website. If you would like to add a tracking code from a statistics provider such as Google Analytics to your SiteBuilder website, kindly follow these steps:


  • Add a Tracking Code via the xneelo Control Panel

    1. Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
    2. Select a Product from the side menu.
    3. Click on the domain name.
    4. Scroll down to Optional extras and select SiteBuilder.
    5. Select Launch SiteBuilder.
    6. Click on Settings  > General in the side menu and scroll down to the Tracking Code section.
    7. Paste your tracking code in the provided Paste tracking code text box.
    8. Select HEAD or BODY depending on where the tracking code needs to be placed.
    9. Select Publish from the 3 Dots menu option on the top right to save the changes.





  • Add a Tracking Code via konsoleH

    1. Browse to konsoleH and log in at Admin level.
    2. Select or search for the applicable domain name in the Hosting Service tab.
    3. Select Software then Manage SiteBuilder on the left-hand menu.
    4. Select Launch to open the SiteBuilder editor.
    5. Click on Settings  > General in the side menu and scroll down to the Tracking Code section.
    6. Paste your tracking code in the provided Paste tracking code text box.
    7. Select HEAD or BODY depending on where the tracking code needs to be placed.
    8. Select Publish from the 3 Dots menu option on the top right to save the changes.



Assist Note

You can temporarily deactivate your SiteBuilder website while you perform maintenance tasks or while SiteBuilder is undergoing a version upgrade.
