How to change your xneelo Control Panel password
Your Management password is used to access your xneelo Control Panel. It is good practice to change your email password regularly to prevent unauthorised access to your information.
Option 1: Update your password within your xneelo Control Panel

Browse to the xneelo Login page and log in.
- Select your initials in the top right-hand corner of the control panel.
- Click on My Profile.
- Select the Security tab.
- Under Log in details, select Update password alongside Password.
- Confirm your email address and current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Click Reset Password.
Option 2: Reset a forgotten xneelo Control Panel password
- Browse to the xneelo Login page.
- Click on the Forgot your Password? link.
- Enter your email address in the field provided.
- Select Send reset link.
- A ‘Reset your password’ email will be sent to your email address. Log into your email account, open the email and select the Reset Password link.
- Enter a new password and click Save.
Password criteria:
- A minimum of 10 characters
- At least 1 lowercase character
- At least 1 number and/or 1 special character
