How do I view my Mail Logs via the xneelo Control Panel?
The Mail Logs report provides delivery reports on mail sent to and from email addresses linked to your domain. These logs are kept for 60 days.
These logs can be particularly useful when troubleshooting mail delivery problems or traffic discrepancies:
- If your mail is not reaching the receiver, you can view the logs to confirm if the mail was delivered successfully.
- If you’re expecting a mail but haven’t received it, you can view the logs to determine if the message was delivered.
- If you have noticed a large amount of email traffic, you can identify emails that have large attachments and were sent to multiple recipients.
Steps

1Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

2Select a Product (i.e. Web Hosting) from the side menu.

3Select the domain name.

4Under Mail Tools, select Mail Logs.

5Enter your search criteria and select a time range from the drop-down menu.

6Click Search.

7The results can be downloaded into CSV format by clicking on Export CSV.
If the Mail logs report “successful receipt” of an incoming email and it has not been received we would recommend checking your Spam bucket.
