How does xneelo’s x-Account billing cycle work?

The information in this article is related to the payment method for xneelo Cloud.
This payment method is exclusively available to accounts with an x-number.

We currently accept recurring card payments (MasterCard and VISA) as the only payment method in the x-Account. This offers a convenient and secure monthly payment option. Card details are stored securely via our third-party payment gateway, PayU.

Once your first order is placed, your x-Account will be activated instantly.

  • During the month, you can view your spending to date on our Billing Overview page in your x-Account. It’s a real-time snapshot of your spending for the month so far, allowing you to track and manage this effectively.
  • To view your Billing Overview, click on Switch account in the side menu and select your x-Account.
  • We’ll send you a reminder 4 days prior to the first of every month for you to keep an eye on the Billing Overview page for spending to date. This is in preparation of the invoice that will be generated on the first.
  • Invoices are generated automatically on the first day of the month and sent to the email address provided on your My profile page, after which a payment is triggered instantly.
  • It’s imperative that you maintain the correct contact details for your account.
  • You can modify your email address under My Profile in the xneelo control panel on your x-Account.
  • You can also update your card details at any time, under Payments in the xneelo control panel on your x-Account.
  • If you cancel your cloud product at any time during the billing cycle, your final payment won’t be processed until the 1st of the next month. You won’t be able to remove your card details until that payment is collected, but you will be able to make changes to your current card details.
  • If you have any queries about your invoice, please contact us.
Assist Note

We have scheduled automated payments on the 1st, 4th and 7th of each month. If the automated payments are unsuccessful and your invoice is not settled, your Cloud project and all associated resources will be deleted 28 days after your invoice was first issued.

Assist Tip

You can settle your invoice by card via your control panel from the 7th of every month.
