How to order a Self-Managed Server via the xneelo Control Panel

You may place your order for a Self-Managed Server via the xneelo Control Panel. If you are a new customer, you will first need to create an xneelo account. This will provide access to the xneelo Control Panel where you can order and manage your hosting services.

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

    Click on Add product in the side menu. New customers will be directed to the Product catalogue directly.

    In the Self-Managed Servers card, select View.

    Choose the Self-Managed Server that meets your needs by clicking Select.

    You will have the option to install an operating system (OS). Select "No OS" if you do not require an operating system. Click Continue to proceed.

    You'll have the opportunity to include custom hardware, and a text box will be provided should you have additional requirements. Click Continue once completed.

    Complete the order process, which will vary according to the payment method you have chosen.

What happens next

Your hosting server will be available within one business day, with access details emailed to the xneelo account holder. Orders with custom instructions may take 1-2 business days. Self-Managed Servers with standard builds will be provisioned within an hour.
