How to log in across konsoleH and the xneelo Control Panel at the same time
The xneelo Control Panel is our new control panel, which features an improved user interface. It is a separate application that will eventually replace our older control panel, konsoleH.
Each application has unique access credentials that are not shared.
You can log into both applications at the same time, however, you will need to use the specific credentials for each one. You don’t need to be logged into konsoleH to use the xneelo Control Panel, and vice versa.
konsoleH and the xneelo Control Panel
konsoleH supports two management access levels: admin access and domain access.
The xneelo Control Panel supports role-based access control (RBAC).
RBAC grants access based on the user’s role. Each role has its own set of permissions. Depending on the role you’re assigned, you can access specific products, tools or features in an account.
The xneelo Control Panel does not support admin and domain-level access.
Note: The xneelo Control Panel and konsoleH are two separate control panels. Changes made to your personal details in the My Profile section of the xneelo Control Panel will not reflect in konsoleH.
How to sign up and log in to the xneelo Control Panel
If you’re an existing customer, please use your konsoleH login email address to create a new xneelo Control Panel account.
