How to set up your domain email in Gmail

Google is discontinuing support for new users of Gmailify and POP in the first quarter of 2026. If you are already using this feature, you will still have access until it is fully phased out later in 2026.

If you are setting up your xneelo-hosted email account in Gmail, please note that this method will no longer be supported for new connections. To avoid future disruption, we recommend using an alternative setup method instead of adding your account to Gmail via Gmailify or POP.

As these changes relate to services provided by third parties, we’re unfortunately unable to recommend alternative email programs. This falls beyond xneelo’s area of support.
