Web Accelerator Cache Beta programme

We’re excited to share the launch of our Web Accelerator Cache Beta programme. Web Accelerator Cache reduces load times, decreases bandwidth usage, and minimises server strain by serving cached copies of web pages instead of retrieving them from the origin server each time. 

The Web Accelerator Cache Beta is now available for activation on all Web Hosting packages hosted in South Africa, including packages on the Volume Plan and Managed Server. Web Accelerator Cache will be included in your Web Hosting package for the duration of the Beta programme. 

Please note that this feature is not available for hosting packages hosted in Germany.

Key details:

• Feedback: We encourage you to share your experience and recommendations and report any issues via this form.
• Best effort service: While this is a Beta service, we have implemented redundancy and failover systems to minimise downtime. We will address any system issues as quickly as possible.
• Service stability: In some cases, we may need to disable Web Accelerator Cache with limited or no warning if critical issues arise.
• Activation: Activate Web Accelerator Cache via your xneelo Control Panel.

The duration of the Beta programme

The Beta duration will depend on the insights gathered and our confidence in the platform. The Beta may either end or transition into a market release. If Web Accelerator Cache moves to a full release, you may need to adjust your hosting package type.
