How to cancel your Colocation Rack in the xneelo Control Panel

The information in this article is related to the new xneelo Control Panel.

If you wish to cancel your Colocation Rack, please follow the steps below:

Steps

    Browse to your xneelo Control Panel and log in.
  • 2
    Select the Colocation tab in the side menu.
  • 3
    Click on the relevant rack.
  • 4
    Scroll down to Advanced and click Cancel service.
  • 5
    Follow the prompts in order to complete the cancellation process.
Assist Note

A 30-day cancellation period applies from the day the cancellation was requested.
