How to order a Colocation Rack via the xneelo Control Panel

You may place your order for a Colocation Rack via the xneelo Control Panel.

If you are a new customer, you will first need to create an xneelo account. This will provide access to the xneelo Control Panel where you can order and manage your hosting services.

Steps

    Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.

    Click on Add product in the side menu. New customers will be directed to the Product catalogue directly.

    In the Colocation Rack card, select View.
  • 4
    Choose the Colocation option that meets your needs by clicking Select.
  • 5
    You will have the option to make use of xneelo’s IP range or your own.
  • 6
    A text box will be provided should you have additional requirements. Click Continue once completed.
  • 7
    Complete the ordering process, which will vary according to your chosen payment method.

What happens next

Your Colocation Rack will be available within one business day. Once your Colocation Rack is ready, you will receive a confirmation email from our Server & Colocation department. Orders with custom instructions may take 1-2 business days.
