What is a Temporary Remote KVM console?

The Temporary Remote KVM console allows you to control, configure and manage your Self-Managed Server from a remote location. We provide the Temporary Remote KVM console free of charge, however, due to the limited number of devices, your session time is limited to 30 minutes.

Should you wish to access your server through the Temporary Remote KVM console, please email your request from an authorised email address to schedule a suitable time.

Temporary Remote KVM console terms of use:

Before making use of the Temporary Remote KVM console, please familiarise yourself with the following:

• The Temporary Remote KVM console will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• In the case of insufficient numbers of remote units for the number of users, your time will be limited to 30 minutes in order to provide awaiting customers with access.
• Access to the Temporary Remote KVM console interface is from a web browser; using provided username — please use the unique remote access password given to you by one of our consultants before starting your session.
• Should you require more than 30 minutes, please contact us to request an extension.
• Please log out of your completed session before requesting us to disconnect you from the Temporary Remote KVM console.

Note: While the Temporary Remote KVM console has to be specially configured on a per session and per-client basis, average response times will vary depending on the availability of the remote unit console and our technical staff.
