Self-Managed Servers: Access to Data Centres

To visit our Data Centre in Cape Town or our Data Centre Park in Samrand, schedule an appointment by contacting us and including the following information: 

  • Names and ID numbers of the authorised parties who will be visiting the Data Centre
  • Date and time of visit
  • Reason for the visit and the relating server
  • Vehicle license registration number

Should you be dropping off a drive please provide the following:

  • External drive Make
  • External drive Model
  • Serial Number
  • IMPORTANT: Your drive needs to be labelled with your Company Name and Server Name.

Should you be collecting a drive, please provide the following:

  • External drive Make
  • External drive Model
  • Serial Number

Please note that non-critical appointments i.e. server installations & routine maintenance are limited to business hours only (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00) and should be booked 24 hours in advance.

If you need to visit the Data Centre outside of business hours, the Remote Hands fee would apply.
