Why can’t I opt out of xneelo’s operational emails?

When you create an xneelo account or are added as an account Collaborator via the xneelo Control Panel, you’ll receive operational emails related to your (your clients’) hosting service. These emails are non-promotional in nature and contain essential information regarding the maintenance, security and billing of your (or your clients’) hosting service.  This means they are mandatory for all account users.

Should you not wish to be kept informed about product updates and hosting enhancements, it is possible to unsubscribe from our promotional emails. To do so, simply click on the unsubscribe link found in the footer of these emails.
