SSL/TLS certificate warnings
If you encounter SSL or TLS error messages or receive warnings that a website we host is not secure, it might be because you are using an outdated version of your web browser.
TLS (Transport Layer Security) is a protocol used to secure communications over a computer network, most commonly the Internet. TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 are older versions of this protocol.
Since 30 June 2018, the web server encryption protocol TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 is no longer secure and we have therefore discontinued its use. The Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards require that these versions no longer be used for secure communications and all web servers and clients were required to transition to TLS 1.2 or above to improve the overall security of web communications and protect users’ data from potential threats.
As a result, some older web browsers that do not support these newer TLS versions may display warnings. To ensure a secure connection, please update your web browser to a later version that supports TLS 1.2 or higher.
While SSL is enabled by default for all xneelo-hosted websites, here are a few reasons that may cause it not to work.
Check that SSL is active and working correctly for your website.
