Take your SiteBuilder website offline during maintenance
You may want to deactivate your SiteBuilder website while performing maintenance tasks or while SiteBuilder is undergoing a version upgrade. This will allow visitors to your website to see a custom message instead of a broken website.
Note: The SiteBuilder Editor within the control panel will be unavailable during an upgrade.

Take your website offline via the xneelo Control Panel

Select a Product from the side menu.

Click on the domain name.

Scroll down to Optional extras and select SiteBuilder.

Select Launch SiteBuilder.

Select the Settings icon > General.

Under Online Status, you may deactivate your site.

You may add a custom message under Offline Message. The default message is “This website is currently offline.” You may edit this message.

Select the toggle key to deactivate your website.

Select Yes to confirm the deactivation.

Select the toggle key again to activate your website when you are ready. You will be asked to confirm this change.

Take your website offline via konsoleH

Browse to konsoleH and log in.

Select or search for the applicable domain name in the Hosting Service tab.

Select Software then Manage SiteBuilder on the left-hand menu.

Select Launch to open the SiteBuilder editor.

Select the Settings icon on the bottom left.

Under Online Status, you may deactivate your site.

Select the toggle key to deactivate your website.
