What if I refuse to comply with a take-down notice?

Should a customer refuse to comply with our take-down notice, they should do so in writing to abuse@xneelo.com. The email will be reviewed by a senior manager. In order to prevent us from suspending the website, the customer has two options to avail himself of:

  • Obtain a court judgment instructing xneelo to refrain from suspending the website in question.
  • In some instances, a customer is able to indemnify xneelo (a template will be provided to the customer), once they have been able to convince us of their ability to cover all legal costs should the issue escalate to formal legal proceedings. This option is available solely at xneelo‘s discretion.
