What is a hosting account?

Each xneelo customer has their own hosting account on which they may have a number of domains or hosting packages. The account is accessible via the konsoleH control panel.

The xneelo account includes all of your contact information. The Account Owner is the individual or entity who has contracted xneelo’s services and has ultimate authority over the administration of the xneelo account.

With an xneelo account, you can place new orders for hosting packages; update your contact information; set up mail boxes; manage FTP user details; transfer domains and much more.
